Can my Guinea Pig eat Banana?

Yes, they can eat it up to 1-2 times a week!

High in sugar - a guinea pig should have a 1 cm piece once a week at the most.

A healthy treat option that most pets love, and great for using in food puzzle toys. Banana is extremely high in sugar, so introduce this in very small amounts, as some pets may develop softer stools if they overindulge.

Guinea pigs and rabbits should have a variety of at least 5 different types of leafy greens to protect against nutritional excesses and deficiencies. At least 80% of the diet should be a good quality grass or cereal hay.
